How it works

1. Easy Check-In

Guests check in using our tablet or their own mobile device, entering their contact information for seamless image delivery.

Before stepping in front of the camera, our assistant offers a quick touch-up with lint rolling and hairspray to ensure everyone looks their best.

Each guest enjoys a brief 2–3 minute photo session with expert posing guidance for a variety of flattering shots. The process is fast, friendly, and highly efficient, often becoming one of the most talked-about highlights of the event.

Guests receive their headshots via email by the end of the day—quick, seamless, and hassle-free. Each private gallery is customized with your company’s logo and messaging, keeping your brand front and center every time they view and share their professional images.
